Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Item must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Product must be unused, sealed, and in original condition.
- Return must be authorized by our Customer Service team in advance.
- Name
- Email address
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return (Item name or Product ID required)
- Reason for return
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Please use a carrier with tracking; we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
- Do not ship items in paper envelopes, as they may be damaged or lost in transit. Use a bubble mailer or a box.
- Packages sent with postage due or collect will be refused.
Refund & Restocking
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Refunds (in the form of store credit only) will be issued within 30 business days after the return is received and processed.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error.
Defective or Damaged Items
Non-Returnable Items
- Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items not purchased directly from ModusLife.com
- Free goods, promotional items, or products marked as non-returnable
- Products denied by Customs (domestic or international)
- Items that are opened, used, soiled, damaged, or have broken seals
- Items damaged by fire, smoke, heat, improper handling, or storage
Important Notes
- All credits are issued as store credit only. No cash refunds.
- Unauthorized or incomplete returns will be refused and returned to sender.
- Credit is issued solely at the discretion of ModusLife.com.
