Shipping policy

NOTICE: All orders placed after 8:00 AM EST on Fridays will not ship till the following Monday.

We use USPS to fulfill our orders. Most orders will be shipped with USPS Priority Mail and the cost will be calculated at checkout. If your address cannot accept USPS, please contact customer service prior to ordering.

Due to Local Regulations we do not ship Kratom retail internationally or to the following states:

ARKANSAS

CALIFORNIA

CONNECTICUT

INDIANA

KANSAS

LOUSIANA

MICHIGAN

OHIO

TENNESSEE

RHODE ISLAND

UTAH

VERMONT

WISCONSIN

We do not ship kratom to the following areas, your order will be flagged and canceled: SARASOTA COUNTY, UNION COUNTY, MALHEUR COUNTY, DENVER CO, SAN DIEGO CA, OCEANSIDE CA, JERSEYVILLE IL, ALTON IL, EDWARDSVILLE IL, FRANKLIN LA, COLUMBUS MISSISSIPPI, SEVERAL COUNTIES IN MISSISSIPPI and the following Parishes in Louisiana: ASCENSION, CONCORDIA and RAPIDES.
